ACMD Organizes Operetta “The UAE My Heart” to Mark the 39th UAE National Day

His Highness Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, attended an Operetta titled “The UAE My Heart” organized by ACMD to celebrate the 39th anniversary of the setting up of the UAE.
The event was also attended by Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, ACMD Chairman, Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, President of Ajman Municipality and Town Planning Department, as well Director Generals of several government and private sector organizations and departments in Ajman.
The Operetta held at the Ajman University of Science and technology on Wednesday morning comes to mark the 39th celebrations of the setting up of the UAE.
The events started at 10 am with playing the UAE national anthem followed by the recitation of verses from the Quran and then Saud Al Dirby, the MC of the event stated in his welcoming note that the event ”is held to celebrate an important and dear occasion and we congratulate His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, The President of the UAE and his brother His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and his brothers the Rulers of the Emirates and members of the UAE Supreme Council of Rulers on this event.”
Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid stated in his speech “this occasion that we celebrate every year has a special status in our hearts as it holds eternal memories and people who will remain with us thanks to their fruitful and abundant work and honorable stands and known sacrifices such as Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the UAE and the unifier of our unity and maker of our glory …. And this blessed march will grow and continue from strength to strength under the guidance of HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his brother HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum as well as their brothers the members of the UAE Supreme Council of Rulers who are supported by a proud and generous nation that is looking forward to excel under the wide governance of its leaders.”
The Operetta directed by Hydar Karim and composed by two UAE poets Saeed Bin Ghulaita and Abdulla Bin Salmain. Music of the Operetta was developed by Mohamed Al Yafei in participation of leading actors and actresses including Hazaa, Al Yaziya, Saeed Salim, Walid Al Jassim, Abdulla Al Shehi, Fartma Qayed, in addition to school students who acted on stage.
The Operetta talkethd about the miracle of the country’s unification under the leadership of the founder of the UAE, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his fellow brothers members of the UAE Supreme Council of Rulers. The operetta featured eight acts, each depicting a special theme including “the making of men”, “home of the Brave”, “Blessed Days”, “We are All UAE”, “Our Home is Unique”, “Blessings”, “Knowledge” and “Thank You UAE”.
The Operetta depicted and portrayed the growth and tremendous success and development achieved by the UAE in a short time.
Later, HH Sheikh Ammar Congratulated the team that worked on the operetta, which is the first to be organized and supervised by ACMD since it was established three years ago.
